Engagement Terms.

Overview

All engagements with NICDI MAVREKS™ are governed by the signed Engagement Letter delivered to each client upon acceptance. The following represents the standard terms applicable to all engagements.

Payment

Phase 1: 100% wire transfer on signature. Phase 2: 50% on signature, 50% at Workshop 3. Phase 3: Monthly recurring, wire or PayPal. Engagement work does not commence until payment is received and cleared.

Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methodologies, scoring systems, and the Diagnostic Engine are the exclusive proprietary IP of NIC Dezignerz Inc. Deliverables provided to clients (Reports, Blueprints, SOPs) are licensed for the client’s internal use. Reproduction or redistribution is not permitted.

Refund Policy

Phase 1: Non-refundable once the Intake form is delivered to the client. Phase 2: Wire 1 non-refundable upon Workshop 1 commencement. The Diagnostic Accuracy Guarantee voids the Phase 2 commitment but does not refund Phase 1 fees.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all materials exchanged during an engagement. Client data is never shared with third parties except as required by the Engagement Letter.

Governing Law

All engagements are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Tamil Nadu, India.
